Add a text editor in the gateway webpage to access various gateway system files.

For instance, the icon files at C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\modules\com.inductiveautomation.perspective\icons

Often times I'm working on a system remote and getting access to these files through the machine's file system is troublesome.
