Event-driven SQL Bridge Transaction Groups

Add a third, truly event-driven way of Execution Scheduling. Immediate, Always, Tag Change or Trigger, for example. Today, only Timer and Schedule are available. This feature would, for example, be useful for Recipe Download. It is typically acyclic and based on a parameterized request from the machine PLC. A feature like this would minimize the transaction delay/duration, server load and server logging. Especially when paired with integrated OPC UA Servers and OPC Data Mode: Subscribe.

This is a much needed option. We began having performance related issues due to having too many transaction groups running. I have reduced the number, but as we continue to deploy more PLC's the number will continue to increase. If there was a way to either enable/disable or event driven scheduling, it would definitely help us.
