When alarms or other properties (scripting, history, etc) are configured on a UDT, they are not restored with the gateway. Specifically, if these UDTs are coming from the Cirrus Link MQTT module.

We need a way to export the configured alarm, then import it back into the UDT. This would allow easy restoration of properties if the UDT was deleted and would also be helpful if the same alarm needed to be configured on multiple UDTs and tags.
