The PDF Viewer has limitations with what font's it can display.

The default font of the Report creator is af ont that the PDF Viewer cannot use.

I suggest the Report creator module makes the default font something other than dialog as this cannot be displayed nicely. Arial seems to work fine but anything that the ICEPdf viewer can use would be better than the current situation.
