Add a "aspectRatioPrecedence" (auto, width height) for percent coordinate containers with a fixed aspect ratio that forces the window to be scaled on the selected dimension, with the other overflowing as necessary.

When set to auto, the aspect ratio is used to set the view dimensions so that both width and height are constrained within the available display area.

When set to width, the full width available is used and the height is set based on the aspect ratio.

When set to height, the full height available is used and the width is set based on the aspect ratio.

This would allow alot of flexibility for scrolling on coordinate containers.
