Tag Search - Ability to search tag by quality

Ability to search tags by quality. For example, I want to list all 'Bad Tags'. This search should penetrate UDT tags e.g. find tags in UDT instances.

May I add an idea of implementing this to the Gateway.Status/Tag "browser"? This list of tags/folders with "Good" quality does not give very usefull information.
-However if bad quality of an UDT member etc could show/accumulate up to levels above , then this tag status page would make a lot of sense.

A "Quality" filter could be added to system.tag.browseTags.
And why not a "ScanClass" filter too?
