Time Range Formatting for Time Series Chart

In a time series chart, adding a Style feature to the time range formatting, or just be able to change font size and color.

To add to this, when moving the cursor across the charts there is the box showing the exact timestamp you are looking at and giving values for everything at the same time. You cannot edit the timestamp (just like the range at the bottom, which can be hard to read against the background) and you cannot modify the size/color of the text in the box, even though you can increase the box size.
If the range formatting is given, those others will likely be the next needed.
