this is feedback not and idea.
There is no Siemens device installed on the Challenge Gateway Backup. Therefore there is no way to answer the question for the tag on the opc-ua server....connecting to Siemens/tag?

There should be a device connection in the backup. Check your installed modules. If there is not a Siemens driver, then our device connection will not show up.
